Originally from Piedmont, this chef first worked in Italy at the Trattoria del Bivio, where he learned everything. He then cut his teeth in a Michelin-starred restaurant before becoming a consultant and trainer at the French School of Pizzaioli.
For him, cooking is an art made of passion and love. Gastronomy tells of a journey, a story, the culture of a country. That is the soul he breathes into the dishes at Casa Leya, drawing on the recipes and gestures of his great-grandmother, “la grande nonna”…
